Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Gear

  Pack the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unridden condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the bike or gear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
